Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

We haven't yet required or charged for any mid-stay cleanings, but as people are starting to request longer stays, I'm contemplating starting to charge for one thorough clean a the 3-month mark if someone wants to renew.

The dig zone had marking for various utilities but I did not see a marking for our sewer.  

From what I'm seeing folks doing in my neighborhood is marking it up by another $100k and selling them within a month or two after requiring them.

You're buying scarcity.Another is to get a gauge on where you'll be marked on a re-fi if you're doing a reno or rehab, or just as an internal mark if you're not looking to pull but need to see if you're doing this in an appropriate value market wise. 

Or wait for the 60-day mark and hope they reduce the price?

One thing I didn't see mentioned is making sure the number/dialer you're calling from is being marked as spam/spam likely or outright blocked by the carriers.
