Bullseye - utilities bored through my sewer line

I suspect it is cox. Orange is communications (red=elec, blue=water, yellow=gas, green=sewer, forgot what white is).  

There is no doubt utilities is at fault.  My sewer pipe never had a chance.  The utility is run right through my sewer pipe (see photo).  Pipe also had small break a couple feet away.  Pipes looked remarkable for their age (very little pitting) and were no where near end of life.   Hopefully the utility will not be difficult collecting for the damages they caused.  

Ugh!
