After months of coursework, tutorials and research, I am finally starting on this journey.  I want to get involved in all aspects of real estate investing.  So far, I am in the midst of purchasing a couple of mortgages and I have purchased tax liens and deeds.  I would like to purchase a few properties for rental and some hard money lending.
