I brought a contract with, but didn't even bring it out it cause I don't feel I have a good enough grasp on the ARV in that neighborhood (it's really low income, though it's a decent street in that area.)

If you have nothing and the concept is completely new it might not be too bad of a deal, but if you have a fair grasp on the concept and a plan of action and you just need a helping hand with a few things it might not be as good a deal.

It might be hard for her to grasp why you are so concerned about investing when our culture just buys whatever their creditor tells them they can afford.But, I guess I have to agree with Jon Holdman when he says it's just a fancy doo-dad...
