Ashley Jones Upcoming hearing committee for noise complaint, advice needed?
25 May 2022 | 2 replies
Quote from @Toney Sharpe Jr: @Ashley Jones To be frank, the likelihood of the committee fining or not fining them all depends on the competency and/or level of care of the committee, Board and/or management company. There’s not a way to get their email, the mgmt office is going to share my documentation with them At least in Florida, the decision to fine or not to fine lies with the Board of Directors, and technically it's the Hearing Committee's job to hear the appeal of the offender (the tenant in this case) and determine if the fine is valid.
