It should be safety glass meaning it shattered into a lot of small cubes that aren't sharp.

@Bryan Noth, thats awesome, I bought a property in 78617 recently south of airport, still DV .The area is seeing sharp spikes as well but not as high as 78725, maybe it's a matter of time?

I worry that a sharp buyer's agent will use an inspection as an excuse to walk all over you. 

You might get away with tying a property up like that with an uneducated FSBO, but someone with a sharp agent (like me) won't let you.
