@Account Closed Tesla owns a huge chunk of land adjecent to the Gigafactory and likely will be developing those parcels in the years ahead.

@Bryan Noth On a silly note, you know the market is crazy when listings in Pflugerville, Buda, Kyle and basically anywhere are all starting to put "only XX minutes to Tesla", haha. It's not a tourist destination!
