I am Over Paralysis by Analysis!!!

Hello everyone, I was introduced to real estate investment and found BP some years ago, but was diagnosed with "paralysis by analysis" shortly after. I always thought I was never ready/prepared as I observed great opportunities come and go. Since I paralyzed myself in real estate investment, I owned a business and did great in stock investments and crowdfunding. Now I am back with a new found energy and motivation for real estate investment and is ready to succeed. I have my legs underneath me (no more linguine legs) and the gloves are off. I live in the Tampa area and would love to network with other real estate investors in the area. I have become a member of the local REIA here and is also looking for a mentor to assist me in my journey. Good luck and success to all.
