Once you have all these lead types, further scrub them so you are focusing on the exact neighborhoods that you want and remove homes near train tracks/highways/etc.

I am being told the process to take care of it is scrubbing all walls and surfaces including appliances with a specific cleaner for this purpose, then to treat the walls with a product like killz and then a couple layers of paint.

(Not only out of state or tax delinquent.)We scrub the list to remove things like: properties with a mortgage, duplicates, etc. and spend a tremendous amount of time on pricing, because although these offers may be a lot less than retail, they are not out of the question.

Makes sense these lists are compiled from multiple sources, scrubbed by VAs, contact information for owners looked up, etc, and so lists are sort of proprietary to the individuals who spend the time and money to put them together :)
