I have spoken with a real estate attorney that is also a title company and they were 100% informed of my intentions to wholesale property and there was absolutely no mention of any malfeasance, misconduct, impropriety, or illegal nature of my pursuit in the state of MA.  

I just can't see it as a worthwhile pursuit, legal or not. 

However, TIME is a more valuable asset and if it truly does save you time so you can make more money in your active pursuits, then that may make more sense.Happy to share resources on self-management if that's what you want to explore
