Property Management Companies for STR
Hello,
I am new to real estate investing and looking to start with STR in Orlando, FL region. I am looking for some Property Management companies that I can talk to. Appreciate any recommendations. Also it would be great if you can answer the below questions as general guidance
1. Is Orlando a good area to start with for a novice STR investor?
2. For the budget I have, I will likely end up buying condos/townhomes. How much COC % can I expect?
3. Any other general points I should be looking for while analyzing properties?
