I would include the water/sewage in the rent, or have the tenants pay there own water, considering they have washers / dryers in the unit.I am looking for the property management cost to incorporate garbage cost, please let me know if this is realistic.TY

I just looked up my State laws again and it looks like Virginia just incorporated Series LLC's into it's approved entities, so I may be set after all!

Apparently It made more sense to double close than to try to explain a line item like that to the seller, so it was good that the buyer had that option incorporated into the contract paperwork.MD is certainly pricey (note that county to county, local transfer tax rates are different) but definitely not the priciest.

There are so many options out there so many paths, and really although things get in ones way, one manages their own risk, and if they're smart about it, don't just jump in blind, then that risk can be greatly minimized.Currently I'm reading a book called Incorporate Yourself to get familiar with the basic business aspects, and different options out there for my property business, or businesses that I will start.

I would suggest keeping a picture of you, your business logo and contact info, but then replace the rest of the card spaces with how your solutions help solve their problem.
