Worse case things go all the way upside down and I have to get a license to continue doing Airbnb or even worse and it goes all the way to left field(very unlikely to be this extreme as the city sees too many ways that they can make a buck off hosts by taxing them ) and they ban it from our city, I lose my deposit and have to recoup my money from selling my furniture.

Our properties are inspected by code enforcement at least every 5 years (Usually every 3) so it keeps us inline as well as gives us a level playing field.

You might want to try to come back and network at a couple of the local meet ups to figure out what and who you want to work with.Oh sorry, forgot to include that I am looking for a multi-family to rent out or commercial if I can learn more about that field and it is as lucrative as a multi-family.
