Tough to find at meaningful LTV's.  

I am willing to invest my money wisely in order to make something meaningful out of it.

And, of course, you may even find the real estate income can eventually equal or eclipse your day job so you can keep it if you have meaningful work, as mentioned above..or move on...

Part of that is a meaningful down payment.

So if we extract the information around the balance and equity the first lien has an unpaid balance of $225k and we don't know what additional interest and fees add up to on top of that.

There's an excel formula for extracting the first word in a text string but I haven't found one that works for the second word.
