I am located in Indio CA, home of Coachella Music Festivals.

Ideally, I'd like to see rentals from the annual music festivals as well as general tourism in the So-Cal area (goal: 10% or greater ROI). 

Always pay their rent, keep the apartment clean, turn off any music by 10 pm, etc.There is a lot of renovation being done in the area (flips), but prices are still drastically lower than Bushwick, Bed Stuy and Crown Heights.  

I'm passionate about learning, sports, music, and want the freedom to expose my kids to all of it!
