When it comes to a mastermind group, there is not one individual who is above the others and they all learn from and contribute to each other.

I assume this is like a mastermind group?  

Appreciate any input  I actually prefer a mentor AND actively participating in a Mastermind Group.

Mehran, yes, let me clarify. what I mean by automating is utilizing a mastermind group of technically savvy people that can create a database that will automate lead generation, lead conversion. system that will filter into client fullfillment task where the user of the system can then engage with the owner, seller.

I had a guy in a mastermind that we ran a couple of years back who placed led lights in the windows of the properties.
