is there a "Proven" automated wholesale buyer real estate sytem?

Hello Real Estate Investors,
I’m George and wanted to share my Ideas on business a wealth creation and I’m looking for like minded individuals that think similarly. I believe in SYSTEMS and more importantly Proven Systems that Work...
A Business Is a System of Systems. 
As stated by  Robert Kiyosaki . (Author Rich Dad Poor Dad, etc)
Mission, Team, Leadership, Cash flow, Communications, SYSTEMS. Legal then Product.
And also believe in T Harv Eker (Author Success of the Millionaire Mind, Speed Wealth, etc) when he speaks about SPEED WEALTH. I am reaching out to those of you on this site that are of the same mind set and understand what I am speaking of and can point me in the direction of a Proven automated Wholesale real estate business. Thank you

Is there a plug and play system like you want NO.

Are there successful wholesalers that have a "system of systems" as you say, YES.

Are there wholesalers who have automated much of their business, YES.

Is that repeatable and can you do it, YES!

Can it be packaged as a salable Plug and play system - NO

The reason it can't be packaged is becuase every house is different, every market is different, every person who would use the system is different.  Every person who is part of the operation or works with the investor as part of his or her team like attorneys, title companies, agents, property managers, bird dogs, property inspectors etc. are all different with different skills.

Be thankful their isn't a plug and play system becuase all the opportunity would go away.  The more something becomes automated the more it levels the playing field.  You don't want  a level playing field that anyone can work in. You want to take advantage of the inequities in the marketplace.

Find and go to 3 different REIA clubs in the area in the coming month. Locate the wholesalers in each club. Connect with them find out what is working with them.

Ask them if you locate a deal that fits their criteria can you present it to them. You will have a first hand learning

Thanks for your imput

As others have said, most investors who are successful have systems and processes in place that allow them to automate the important facets of their business.

*that is what I am looking to create. I understand there is a    learning curve. :)

That said, the truly successful ones aren't going to give away or sell those systems, as it stands to hurt their business more than help their business.

*I understand their concerns on proprietary systems and values put upon them along with the territorial mndset.however. as stated in my earlier post I am looking to work smarter not harder. that is why I inquired.

You mentioned McDonalds. Of course they have thousands of systems and processes in place. Do you think they would sell or give them to you? Probably not... :)

*no they wont give them to you but they will sell you there franchise system.

Your goal should be to learn the business front to back, bottom to top, and then implement your own set of systems and processes to allow you to automate your business in ways that make sense to you and your particular business model.

*Exactly, that is my intention and why I am here on BP. it was recommended to me by someone who I respect. again I appreciate your comments and insight

Yes, I am in phoenix and have contacted azreia and other meetups that deal with wholesale and real estate investing. looking forward to the process. Its interesting when you make a committment to really get serious how things come together. I have been invovled in real estate for years. however, as a independent contractor invloved in residential renovations and refurbishing end for other investors. I finally made a "Committment" to myself to learn the right way to make it happen Thank you, for the reinforcement. I appreciate any and all of your support  from BP.

your suggestions are great, and over the past week I have taken the opportunity to study many of the resources available on this site and have found a wealth of valuable information and experience. I am in total agreement that businesses are about relationships and make every effort in establishing this core belief. by putting my question out there on creating a system I have received information needed. that clarified my part within the business of real estate wholesaling

Hey there George Garcia, welcome to BP. I describe myself as an unborn newbie so I am just telling from what I have already learned. First, I can read your enthusiasm in your posts and that is awesome. But be careful because there are many who will take advantage of that spark. Don't sell your soul. Second, if you listen to the podcasts here and read the beginners info, you will get a huge insight on what this business is all about. The information here is priceless and you don't have to sell your children to learn this information. Third, in my limited knowledge, this business is all about relationships and that takes time and is well worth it. Learn Grow and Go (I think that is a slogan from my church- haha). My best to you!

Great! Thanks for Clarifying my thought process. I am looking to automate much of what I can, and I understand there is no replacement for hard work however, I would like to work smarter not harder.  thats why I'm here.

Hi George and welcome, and yes while Steve was being funny I have to admit I did chuckle...thinking back to me ordering Carlton Cheats "proven" real estate system. It proved to be very profitable for him. And believe it or not I just threw those tapes away this weekend.

I don't know about automated but I started out at a school here in Houston called Leisure Learning University. They have classes in real estate investing-wholesaling. Some of it works some doesn't, over the years I've tried to fill in the blanks with those who have proven themselves to be successful and willing to share that knowledge.
