my aviation partner started this company https://www.relevantbuildings.com/ not cheap but pretty cool and nice for ADU's in tight spaces like urban settings.we build new in Charleston SC and there was a development next to me called Hunley waters they were all pre fab craned up and put together in a few weeks.. the EAST coast has far more of this than west coast market does not accept it like it does there.. we have starter builders like ADAIR who does it real cheap but you need to do the dirt work and foundation.. and NO changes..

.:...the only person in this discussion to have ever had Top Secret security clearance...I held a TS for a year and a half (wasn't worth the time it took me to get it) while working on Army aviation technology (helicopters for the 160th in Ft Campbell, KY)...pretty sure that the most interesting bit of "classified" information I came across during that time was how wasteful the government was when it came to military spending...

I would not be surprised if their next step would be to ban wearing underpants on the flight...I know that the American aviation cannot adapt every measure applied by the Israeli carrier EL AL which have only 30 aircrafts, but they can definitely adapt some of them, such as profiling!
