Similarly, if I'm going to call a person or patient and bring up the word suicide and try to tell them not to kill themselves.. you talking and bring up the idea of suicide is not going to convince them to kill themselves (if they hadn't already planned on doing so).All of my tenants had contact me and have been keeping in touch with me as of now.

The reality was, I'd get all these first-time investors who had been through some guru or mentor course, bought themselves a house to flip, tried to apply the "wisdom" they paid thousands for, and got pissed/depressed/suicidal when I had to tell them they had received ******** advice.

One of the people I knew personally who was sort of "targeted" by the city was also buying multiple properties and did fix many up without a doubt, but also broke a lot of rules, some minor and some major, like playing fast and loose with tenants security deposits, which is usually "landlord suicide" here.
