It’s what franchising industry would have looked like if they’d hadn’t chosen to self regulate and get rid of the “bad actors”. 

Yes there are a lot of bad actors out there doing the free seminar thing.

Two are actually sec qualified offerings and also no replies from the secIt’s unfortunate that it appears there are a lot of bad actors who will get away with it.

Guellermo,As long as you are current and have made at least 3 months of the CARES Act or modifed payments of the plan you can opt for cash out. 

The internet and social media are powerful tools that enable these bad actors to get in front of their victims.
