I want a nightstand for my book/Kindle, eyeglasses and water glass.

Since KnT hasnt been used since the late 30’s early 40’s you can be assured the cotton and rubber coverings are as brittle and dry as a cracker and more like kindling than wiring. 

Or a Kindle version?

They are even putting them into the Kindle so you can carry a whole library around with you.

Now that I've converted to a kindle (everyone wants a kindle, they just may not realize it yet) and iPad for reading, if a book isn't available electronically, its probably not on my reading list.
