If users of a product are activated like this online (because we all know they were not just sitting in BP waiting for the keyword REI Reply), then what does that say about the spam style of the business.

an idea: on your laptop: create a folder, and in that folder create files by categories, then create as many files, subfolders as you want, keep organized, and you can even search for key words in the future!

Sadly, many hard money lenders have hijacked the private money lender keywords so they are much more challenging to identify via google.

People have keyword alerts set up, and then someone arrives and pitches their town, which then triggers a lot of other keyword alerts to be triggered.
