Brokers on BiggerPockets that find Private Money

In a few posts, it seems as if some brokers will not just work with banks, but have developed relationships with private money lenders and will help investors find them. How do I identify those types of brokers in my area?

Hi James,

Your best bet is to search Google or BiggerPockets for hard money lenders in your area.

However, you can also contact private money lenders directly and shop around for the best price yourself.
