You will have a captive audience that still needs to pay for a space, will probably be paying you a higher interest rate on seller financed loans and the park will probably have less vacancy and be better taken care of when those living there own their homes.

The smaller ones are usually  "captive" to one company to shop policies and that's basically all they offer, which is limiting when you want to grow in future and if you can truly get the best rate.try these guys and get  quote for your policies.

I am not concerned about the risk of theft from the machines and am not concerned about much of a drop in income from changing to a system like Payrange - primarily because tenants are a bit more of a captive audience than someone who is going to a laundromat.
