I won't re-hash all of it, but I will say I have both high cash value life insurance polices and a self-directed 401k. 

I called the City and they sent the police over.

The trend in larger cities has been for less police and more leniency with criminals.

He ended up at the UPS store (where all our mail goes) and they had to call the police.

I would suggest everyone one of us who has been scammed file a police report.

The police did not arrest her the 1st time.

I've had to get rid 3 people for non-payment this year but in my area rooming houses are run like a hotel so we can just tell them to leave and/or call the police if they don't want to go nicely.
