If you can't get along when bowling or playing basketball, you certainly won't once money is involved and someone feels like they're doing all the work for no greater benefit.

@Anthony WickRent.com, zillow (open to your suggestions on more comp sites) The clubhouse is amazing including 4 pools, indoor basketball court, arcade / gaming room, 3500 sq ft gym with everything you could find with a paid gym membership.

Much less risk than their basketball game at the park.So some people I know are raking in the money, cooking food, making deliveries for the hardware store, and stocking shelves in a store, working 80 hours a week, with the pay rate higher than normal and bonuses. 

I can't remember exactly but I believe the  basement had an old coal storage room the original owner turned into a basketball court :) Can't wait to see the awesome remodel pics once completed. 

I am an athlete playing basketball abroad and for about 9-10 months out of the year I have a relatively decent amount as my monthly salary from my employer.
