Hello BP

2020 will be a great year i think in deal structures. I myself am looking into moving up into commercial deals either single structure commercial deals or strip mall deals that are NNN. Anyone here on BP working on these types of deals that can point me into meet ups or referrals. Time is of the essence since i left my job do to my real estate assets superseding my W2 income And i become bored and frustrated and not looking into selling cars unless there Porsche's or Ferrari.

If anyone has good sources of information I’m all ears..
