VA Loan I am active duty military 

Donald Cressey is The Fraud Triangle: 1- A perceived unshareable financial need. 2- Perceived opportunity. 3- Rationalization.Financial pressures change in life, medical care for aging parents, a family member becomes ill, college costs, mid-life crisis, substance addictions and gambling, jealousy/feeling "owed" or wronged, social pressures to "get ahead"...The biggest losses are always where there are no checks & balances, no separation of duties, no policies and procedures in place. 

@Kristin Caras having grown up in an area with a lot of active duty folks, I am familiar with this conundrum.

I am now in my early-30s after having served just shy of 12 years on active duty in the Marine Corps.

This is a very tight rope that you have to walk between performing your fiduciary duty, but also insulating yourself from liability if they screw things up.As an agent, I have no problem talking in detail to experienced flippers.....but I am a little hesitant to get into too much detail with a newbie client.

If you served the minimum required active duty service to rate qualification for a VA loan it is still available after you get out of the military.

I am active duty myself and my team is comprised of veterans.

As a fellow active duty military member, it is great to see our network growing on the site. 

As people that depend largely on the poor to pay their rent (or section 8 which means you are beyond poor) proper adherence to the letter of the law in these matters is vital.
