Military REI in Hampton Roads, VA

My name is Nathan and I am currently in the military with two SFH rentals in two different states. Although I have made some mistakes with our rentals, I have loved it and want to build a portfolio that produces enough cash flow (2-3k/mo) to do this full time as I transition out of the military in the next four years. I enjoy single family homes but would like to get involved with multi-family properties.

I am currently stationed in South Korea but will be moving to the the Hampton Roads, VA area within the next year. I am very excited to begin building a great team and start investing aggressively there but would consider investing anywhere if the deal was right.
