I like your concept of helping to empower women as I have the same philosophy in construction with women.

While I’m quite familiar with AirBnB’s philosophy on the matter, it seems at odds with the reality of how increasingly “corporate-ized” the platform has gotten in the last couple years.

The landlord laws should be a major consideration, especially the eviction process in NH vs Mass.Your investment philosophy will be the most important factor, if you are looking for cash flow, you are generally more likely to find that in NH right now.

I imagine I sound about as obnoxious as college student taking their first sociology or philosophy course misquoting Nietzsche at every turn when I expound on new information I’ve recently learned about.

I feel that these are just scratching the surface of this conversation & I have had long conversations with many people about these things but my personal philosophy is that these ideologies all are worth considering but at the end of the day, action is what will prevail.   

After a few years I got my real estate license to sell that and buy a home for me and my wife (my philosophy was why pay someone else to sell and buy when I could get paid doing it).
