Massachusetts or South New Hampshire?

Hey guys! So I'm about to start getting in touch with a realtor so I can start looking for a property to begin renting. I live in MA but I've heard horror stories about renting in my home state. I've heard NH is more land lord friendly. Should I not even consider looking in MA and just focus on NH markets? Or is it not as bad as it seems if you have experience and know what you're doing? Thanks!

I own properties in both states and I didn't see a large difference in the tenant process of either one. For me it still comes down to the deal rather than the state. I am still open to NH and MA properties.

NH has much higher property tax and lower rents but a more landlord friendly state in terms of eviction process. MA has high appreciating properties, generally a better selection of tenants but higher entry cost for purchasing your first property.

Feel free to reach out to me privately, happy to share my experience of owning in multi states.
