Any paperwork you filled out should've been sent directly to the organization requesting it not passed through the tenant as a middle person as there is an opportunity to alter documents/addresses/amounts owed etc.

We found this property listed on Zillow and had one of our team members go check it out in person as we don't live in town.

They also represents a bit of old school courtesy and signaling "I am a serious person" A card with no name on it is just an advertisement and will be treated as such.
