Should I leave my last name OFF my LLC business cards?

I'm a physician in the community I invest in. I know they could look up who owns the LLC, but most won't.

 I wonder if my casual, friendly style may not be viewed the same if they have negative preconceived notions of "rich" doctors.  If they google my name, the whole first page shows I'm a doctor.
