Shadowing for Wholesalers

Since closing my business in March and getting back into the real estate game, I've had a 5-month grind learning about well - everything. One of the things I've discovered is a desire to speak with homeowners and buy their homes off-market and distribute surplus deals. So far, I'm only at my 6th project now, but I am working on this now full time and I'm a bit exhausted. I'm looking to take a couple of weeks off after these new tenants are all set and learn from an experienced wholesaler in person - as well as make a road trip/vacation out of it. I'd love to shadow you for a couple of days like a bug on the wall. Of course, I'm also happy to share about my experiences with investing so an ideal situation is someone who is an experienced wholesaler, but wants to take the next step to learn about becoming the property owner.

  • Bonus points for being nearby national parks, trails, outdoor activites or camping
  • I am interested in growing my digital lead generation - basically starting from scratch for a carrot site
  • Very sharing when it comes to my real estate deals and experiences
  • My projects will be done September 15th

I know this is an odd request, but let me know if you're interested in it and let's connect.
