They are multi family properties and one of them even has pre approved plans from the city for an additional 5 units (literally ready to break ground).

Is there a market for a joint venture partner who literally just travels across the country on call. 

(Have to love getting in ahead of the path of progress.)Now that was a REALLY unique situation, and we hit big time on a neighborhood that was about 18 months from having a really big uptick in development.On that particular property, we have done a cash out refinance, and literally have none of our original money tied up in the property.

Cash flow from rental and Note income would pay a house off in less than about 7 years.... but of course others will say we are nuts  refi to you die and paid for assets are dead equity.. but i look at those that made it through the last down turn who had little to no debt they were fine even though there rentals were vacant for significsant amount of time.. those with max debt literally lost their rentals..

I am literally in the same exact situation as you have previously described (Gf's a nurse, interested in the concept, doesn't deal well with information overload or advanced math/numbers, but truly is starting to understand the benefits of passive income, etc)If you wouldn't mind keeping me in the loop and letting me know what you decide to do it would be much appreciated upon my behalf.

In summary, the hardest part was literally 'pulling the trigger' and I've learned not to worry over a few extra thousand when buying a home because in the long run, paying a few thousand more to win a bid may net me 10s of thousands (long term) in equity/rent collection. 

The main things I like about roof stock that other platforms related to their function is:-You are literally just the owner- meaning you don’t even need to speak with anybody and just receive updates through email.

I've also got a title company I'm literally doing a QCD with right now (I just signed the paperwork about 5 minutes ago).
