Quit Claim Deed On Property - Should I Do A Title Search?
I am considering buying a property in the Columbus, Ohio area. However, after researching the property, I came to find that the seller would like to quit claim me the deed. I've researched BP extensively and found some to suggest that I should be weary of this sort of deed. Would anyone suggest doing a title search using a lawyer in this area for this particular property? and if so, could anyone please recommend me one. Thank you!
