school district, closest main street, highway or interstate?

For instance, here in southern California the "ocean side" of Interstate 5 goes for a higher premium than properties on the eastern side, etc.

I'm investing to the east of you... close to the Minnesota border along interstate 94

or rather could we swap and issue me TIC interst in that property for say 98% and the llc still holds 2% and then the property sells? 

Here are the details:Purchase price: $92,000Closing Costs: $1,200Rehab budget: $7,500ARV: $125,000Rent: $1,100 - $1,150The house is in Kennesaw, GA in a great location (minutes to interstate, mall, outlet malls and other shopping and Kennesaw State University.)The house had been rehabbed back in 2010 and from the pictures, it looks like they had done a nice job fixing it up.

You see these buildings on the interstates all the time, typically being transported in two pieces by a pair of semis. 

I have a recommendation from @Grayson Graham that First Interstate is good here, and plan to reach out to them, but would really enjoy hearing from others in the area (or not in the area).

Steer clear of anything east of the interstate or in Floral Heights. 

BUT it's a nice place to raise our kids and it's nice living somewhere that does not have any access at all to an interstate and being kind of tucked away a bit :) I will definitely check out your videos!
