Michael, I believe it to be critical that an understanding of what communication, at what stage and in what form will be provided to the client during the agreement term.

Our cleaner is insisting on this communication via SMS and not using a separate app (like Lodgify PM module or turbo).We cannot continue to handle this manually.

I would be open to discussing with a high quality tenant who you can communicate well with. 

They are a bit slow and clunky on the communications but we did it!

I would just make sure when I am communicating as a landlord that it is clear that is what I am doing and the rest of the time I would treat them as I would any other neighbor.
