Excuse the controversial subject title, but, I needed this post to stand out a bit :)  So....I've been searching for a property to house hack over the past few months.

Or, throw smaller communal events to celebrate one person reaching a special milestone, which will help motivate others to do the same.

And there is quite a bit of controversy over the "fairness" of CEO compensation as it is, but that is a discussion for a different site.

He is almost 75 years old and still doing it today with my mother as his office manager (they celebrate their 50th this July.) 

So who is celebrating and who is complaining this time of the month?  

(I was a renter for a long time, July 1 is not a good time if you like celebrating the holiday).
