Hi Guys.  So who's familiar with Monroe in Orange County , NY?  I'm looking at some possible rental properties but am concern with all the controversy I here about the neighboring village of Kiryas Joel.  Also looking for an investor friendly realtor in ny area.  If you have any info I would appreciate it.  Thanks
