Beyond that, if you have good deals, qualifications, at least ok credit, and the ambition to close transactions, there are plenty of private lenders & investors who work in your area and will help you fund deals.If you're in need of advice or have any specific questions, I am always happy to help investors with questions on alternative financing.

never forget your ambitions and keep that vision alive for that you will run into some hard times, its a learning curve that is a fact but i wish you the best and if you have questions, i will try to answer them.

Welcome @Alexander Deaton, I wish I had your ambition when I was first entering college.

I would consider a collaboration with a more experienced investor or a person with any kind of resources available, even if it is just their pure ambition :) I think that is a great asset in the world where an average person would rather complain constantly than change something about their life.
