Dabbled before, time to get serious.

Hello BP community! I am getting back into REI after a hiatus of traveling and small island living. In the past I owned and renovated an old duplex in Albany, NY, and then my wife and I moved onto a 1930s bungalow that we renovated and then rented for a couple of years. We now live near St. Petersburg Florida and are looking to get involved with the Real Estate community here.

My primary interest is in acquiring a number of duplex - fourplex (or bigger?) properties for passive income.  I am also interested in renovations and flipping.  I enjoy working on homes and leaving my touch on them.  

I've been enjoying reading through many of the forum posts and ebooks available on BP.  What a great community!
