Like laundry, lawn, pool, house cleaning, car detailing, dog sitter, ranch hand and personal assistant.

However I am adding central air and second floor laundry.

Had to literally take a mud taping knife and scrape the kitchen walls and ceilings prior to pressure washing a kitchen the grease was so bad.

The house sold, the new guy comes in and says he's going to put coin machine laundry in the unit (which was never mentioned), and is in the process of digging up half of the yard we were told we'd have in order to put in a new garden. 

Like myself and many others where brained washed into thinking going to college is the best choice got stuck with college loans etc. imagine going to school for four years get a job in corporate America making little to no money to support you and living expenses.

Then I have dry capital to rinse/wash/repeat as my portfolio grows.  

Plus an original bay window looks awesome. pix below are of my past rehab where I was lucky and the original bay window just needed to be pressure washed and painted.  

Plumbing is updated and laundry moved upstairs to the mudroom.
