I am rehabbing my first property in Reading Pa. I purchased the property for 14.5. Comps in the area are at 75k. Realistically, I am looking at dumping 50k into it. My question is should I hold or sell and start fresh? Note: Transfer tax is 4% in Reading Pa

@Brett Peters can you provide more details. Is this a SF/MF? How many units? How many BR's? I'm an active investor in Reading and know the area well. PM me if you'd like to talk I don't find to many investors to connect with in town.
