I wound up getting 3K more off.

Wound up being a great deal being that a 2 bedroom in our complex just sold for 510. 4.

The agent was selling several of the units in this particular development, and we wound up getting the pick of the litter.

But trying to do that given  the current interest rate / RE market conditions wound be difficult at best.  

He called one.. but they had trouble with family so they had to leave state.. then they got mine... and they called me.I do not know exactly why they didn't go through with the other card on the table... but the strict sister said.. you seem like an incredibly smart individual and just extrude honesty and it just feels right.SO I said "thank you".Win for the monkey, the evil competitor can lick his/her wounds and fight another day :)But this one is MINE!

It wound up being a little off putting and might scare some people off who have less experience with today's new ways to get info or classes.

The house now has additional sq footage and a full bath that are not on reflected in public records.I don't want to put a band-aid on a gunshot wound, but any and everything could be wrong with this addition and the unknown has me paralyzed at this point.

Wound up going with them.

I wound up having an alleged friend help me with adding on a master suite (bigger bedroom, walk in closet, and full spa like master bathroom.)

Just a follow-up for everyone who is interested: I wound up using Warren Engineering, and was very pleased with the Engineer who did the inspection, and the report they sent me.
