Hey gang, I'm looking for a great home inspector in the Rochester area - specifically, I'm way out on the East side. 

If there's someone you've worked with in the past a bunch who has always done a great job, I'd appreciate you sharing the information. 

I'm still pretty gun-shy around inspectors, because I got burned really, really badly by one (he missed something dead obvious that cost me about $4,000 - if I hadn't trusted someone else to do it, I would have caught it, so double shame on me.)

Warren Engineering is fantastic. I use them for all my purchases and recommend them a lot to my clients. Reasonably priced and they're licensed engineers not just inspectors.
