The program costs 500 dollars, and claims to train you in investing in commercial properties and then mentor you for 4 sessions.  

I have been to a large company based seminar to give me some foundation and now currently working with another real estate company for mentorship and training.

The location is also very convenient with the metro north train in downtown yonkers runningyou right into the nyc in the less than a hour.

By this time my eyes are pretty well-trained to analyze a property.

. ;)Reading Emyth right now, and on @Arlen Chou's encouragement and mentorship, I am deciding how big I want to make this train right now...What do you guys getting into this biz think about the economic cyclicality of revenue and profit in the furnished rental biz?

I have no prior real estate training, but am the product of those who have reasonable success in this arena.

I am thinking so many random thoughts/questions right now.Do you have any training yet?
