I know offense to any realtors out there but this was a higher-end price property  at least for my market and I couldn't afford 6%.

@Ben Voogd no offense intended, but if you didn't know enough to catch all this before you bought the property, what makes you think you can get yourself out of this situation without costing you a ton of money?

Only homes that are offensively overpriced are sitting any length of time.And yet there are still distressed sellers whose homes are in no condition to list, or who need a solution faster than a real estate agent and a buyer who needs a loan can work.

Mostly because this question comes up on these boards constantly and it drives me nuts- no offense intended.

"Sorry, this isn't working for me" is hard to take offense at.

You must consider the offense that the person did. 

Getting upset about it or taking it as a personal offense does nothing to resolve the situation.
