What is the best way to figure out repair cost of a fixer-upper for a wholesaler?

Hi @David Carpenter the short answer is "reps" . . . repetition will build an intuition in this and be an ally.  In the meantime, the best way would be to pick up J Scott's Book on Flipping Houses and devour it.  There is a follow-up or supplemental book titled The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs or some such, and it will be right up this alley, too.
