multifamily deals are happening all the time here, granted not with those insane numbers....that specific 4plex you are mentioning, someone paid $2M for it a few months ago and just painted that place black it seems (exaggerating a bit, but not much), we will see if that adds $1.2M in value lol.

Just because you don't know who did it doesn't mean you don't report the police but for some reason they would always protect these people who maintained a garbage junk pile full of rats in their backyard…  people are gonna think I'm exaggerating or making this stuff up!
