Looking for Mike Reardon!
was reading posts from four years ago very much want to hear about the outcome of Mike Reardon's lawsuit against his H away. I have been subjected to things no one would believe if I hadn't recorded them. If I as much is open my mouth these people use the local police to intimidate. Nothing much more than that happens however it's still humiliating but it's gone on for 15 years. The original plan of flipping this place years ago was lost along time ago after they sucked my time life and energy gradually to the point where I'm literally so sick I can't even barely walk anymore. Before I kick the bucket I'm going to make sure these people, a few more than others are charged criminally. Imagine the carpets not being changed for 40 years and common charges rising from $277-$477 over a few years time. After three years of being afraid to even walk out my front door without first checking the window to make sure the coast was clear, finally most of the stocks are gone and there is peace and quiet and yet the landlord of one of the heroin dealers is continuing to torment me through the most unbelievable unconstitutional illegal use of his power as a board member now. For 25 years a company called VIP management The "ran" this place called Hillcrest Park condominiums in Westchester County. The man's name is Lou, and he retired late 2012. any spring 2013 yearly meeting I tried to bring to peoples attention the problem with drugs and prostitution run amok in my building in particular. There are 10 on the entire property, also Mixtown is a separate homeowners association for the town houses that are included on the entire property called Hillcrest Park. Anyway just to fast-forward head to the most egregious, vulgar, sexual predatory remark that this man-made that I was able to record, just a few days after his tenant "the pimp" he was in the apartment cleaning it out this is February 2016: He (Lou) said a few months ago to the Super about me: "tell her we got a contract with the New York State Department of corrections to turn this unit into a halfway house for Peekskill?. Will have 15 men coming in and out of here to give it to her straight up the – – –" I have this on tape I got an attorney, but I'm looking presently for a larger law firm because my attorney is overwhelmed by the task although there to help me somewhat… can I add to this/edit later? I guess I'll find out because I'm too tired and depressed about all of this to get into it right now I don't have my glasses and I'm having trouble checking for typos and reading what I just wrote! But hopefully this is dictating OK and I'll just add that their latest "new house rule" was conjured up by my recordings of the vice this man allowed to thrive in this building at least three heroin dealers arrested by local police and even the FBI, one of the sons arrested in 2012 for selling A gun, just a few months after taking wire cutters to the electrical closet in the building trying to figure out how to turn on his own electricity… Forgot to mention he and his family haven't paid common charges in over 10 years and yet this former management company under the helm of Lou sent me a letter threatening my eviction for having less than adequate proof that this idiot actually did this… In fact I almost have a confession on video tape but that wasn't enough for the police to do anything, as the police actually asked me that day when I called them "but did you actually see him do it with your own eyes?" I said no so they left. But a year later it occurred to me that the management company hasn't even bothered to report to break into the police. Just because you don't know who did it doesn't mean you don't report the police but for some reason they would always protect these people who maintained a garbage junk pile full of rats in their backyard… people are gonna think I'm exaggerating or making this stuff up! Which is why I have videotaped everything to try to get the place cleaned up and for doing that they are now "finding me per Youtube hit" I should've posted the attorney's letter that actually says this for my profile picture… I desperately want to talk to this poster from four years ago to blow his mind on just how evil and corrupt and H OA can become ... I could go on with stories like this for so long they probably won't even fit so I'll cut this short for now and hopefully hear back from someone who can help I am so desperate I'm going to leave a telephone number without the area code and hopefully... Namibia hold off on the phone number for now I have no idea if this site is really trustworthy yet! In two weeks I won't be able to park at my own home anymore because they started finding me in August 2016 for the number of U2 hits on my videos complaining about what has been done to me in this place… I had no choice but to resort to social media because the board, management, even local police would do nothing to help me… Even though things have gotten better now I believe because I shamed them into fixing these problems… Do you know punishing me for it! So they've already accumulated almost $1000 in fines based on my complaining videos unless I pay that I won't get a parking sticker which means they will eagerly, put that in capital letters eagerly tow my car, as I'm sure they're already putting liens on the property and have their eyes on the prize of driving me out of here more fiercely than they already have been foremost the entire 15 years I've suffered in this place. I spent the afternoon at the Attorney General's office yesterday hoping to see criminal charges pressed against some of these people… But it does make me nervous to think about these bottom feeding lawyers you all were talking about like this one whose name is David Wright who I overheard and recorded couple of months ago bragging about how many times he sent the Marshall to peoples doors so far to have them evicted and laugh the most sinister laugh saying "pretty soon will own the whole damn place! Because he's buying up these for clothes units for a dollar and the board is now renting them out supposedly making a profit… The thing is this guy lube allowed two thirds of the units to go into default so it is somewhat necessary to remove some people who like my neighbors downstairs haven't paid common charges in 10 years… But when I see what they're doing to me by creating crazy unconstitutional rules without a quorum by the way they've endowed themselves with the power of lowering the number from nine to 7 board members and the power to "make decisions without having a quorum for every little thing" I can't see what I've written so I really should stop now I'm not even sure this whole thing is going to fit but it's just unbelievable what these people are doing and the Attorney General representative I spoke with seemed to be amazed that I have some of the stuff on tape so hopefully something will come of it please give me feedback and prayer!
